o   Refer to Group Booking ID# 8815, Weola Retreat Room Block when reserving your accommodations.  Note that calling after hours connects to a third-party call center who are unable to book or modify group bookings. 

Program Cutoff Date:

Please inform your attendees to make reservations no later than the Cutoff Date of September 14, 2022 to take advantage of your group rate. On this date, online access deactivates and any unsold portion of your block we be returned to general sale. Any reservations received after this date will be confirmed based on room availability at the prevailing transient rates.

Deposits

All rooms require the deposit of the first night’s stay and tax upon booking. Rooms are subject to a 72 hour cancelation policy. Failure to show or cancelation within three (3) days of check-in will be assessed the deposit.

Check-In | Check-Out

Check in is 4:00 pm, early arrivals are subject to availability and not guaranteed.  To guarantee the room early, please book the room the night before. Check out is at noon, late check outs are subject to availability and not guaranteed. We can offer complimentary late check-out only up to 12:30 pm; subject to availability and not guaranteed.  To guarantee up to 4:00 pm would be a half day rate and after 4:00 pm is a full night’s stay. However, if the room is not available before arrival or after check-out, guests may still enjoy the property and leave the luggage with Concierge.

The Biltmore Experience

As a guest in our stunning property, the Biltmore Experience will include access to one of the largest hotel pools in the continental US, admittance to The Biltmore Fitness Center, access to our tennis courts, complimentary access to Press Reader application with over 5,000 downloadable domestic and international publications, unlimited local calls, long distance access on credit card and outbound collect calls, in-room high speed internet. 

Cancellation Policy for Weola Retreat at Biltmore (workshops, activities, gift bags):

If canceled before September 1st, 2022, a $400 administrative fee is paid.

After September 15th, 2022, there is a 50% refund.

After October 15, 2022, there is no refund.
